SHIFT:

8 Hour Shifts, 40hrs./week POSITION SUMMARY Under the general guidance of The Mom&Dad Project: The Office Manager/Grant Manager is a dual role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the non-profit organization’s office and overseeing the grant application process. This position involves administrative tasks, office management, grant management, and compliance monitoring to secure and manage funding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Exhibit professionalism in the Department as it relates to patients, families, visitors, physicians, and staff members Provide administrative support to the executive team Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and handle correspondence, emails and phone calls Maintain office supplies and equipment and oversee office cleanliness and organizationManage relationships with vendors and service providers Maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance purposes Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like processing invoices, track expenses, and assist in budget preparation Assist with developing grant budgets and project timelines and track grant-funded project outcomesPrepare and submit progress reports to grantors Ensure compliance with grant requirements and conditions and provide updates and reports to funders as required Ensure grant-funded projects meet their objectives and deadlines All other duties or responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) REQUIRED: BLS Certification within 3 months of hire Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or related field

Education Preferred: N/A

Minimum Experience REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience Preferred: 1 year experience in the non-profit field or a like field

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Must have the ability to work collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare teamMust be able to withstand stressful situations
