Utilize automated computer systems to process all incoming emergency and non emergency 911 calls. Dispatch appropriate police, fire, and EMS personnel to provide emergency or non-emergency response assistance. Initiate immediate action to all automated alarm systems to coordinate appropriate dispatch response.Record response times and critical incident information using automated records systems. Guide callers through emergency procedures to provide critical pre-arrival assistance until responders arrive on scene.
