Job Title: Welder MIG & O45 Hardwire

Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift (Please specify availability)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder with strong experience in MIG welding and O45 hardwire for our Massilion Ohio facility. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with options for second or third shift work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in welding, be able to work independently and efficiently, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and O45 hardwire welding on various materials (primarily steel and aluminum) in a safe and efficient manner.

Set up welding machines, fixtures, and tools according to job specifications.

Inspect completed welds for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.

Follow blueprints, diagrams, or written instructions to complete work assignments.

Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Complete daily production reports and document welding tasks as required.

Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on welding equipment as needed.

Assist with training and mentoring less experienced welders, if applicable.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in welding or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with MIG and O45 hardwire welding.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in welding operations.

Experience working with various welding materials and techniques.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be available to work second or third shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
