Responsibilities:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.  

 

In addition, you will: 

 

Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture 

Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects 

Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers 

Offer support to your crews by problem solving and trouble shooting any issues that may arise in order to complete the project

Utilize multiple online applications and company software for required duties such as: updating project information, communication, manage resources, and taking and uploading pictures - being the "eyes and ears" on the gorund for the local team and Operation's Manager

Keep consistent communication with the local team, crews, and customers

Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities 

Oversee the Drop crews, ensuring jobs are done efficiently and accurately

Resource management, deliver equipment and materials from the warehouse to the job sites as needed

Qualifications:

You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality 

You are looking for long term projects 

You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team 

You are an experienced leader who supported the day to day needs of a construction crew 

You know the telecom construction industry.Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Wirelie work

You enjoy problem-solving with creative solutioning and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field  

You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team 

You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and the ability to learn custom software 

Have solid Customer Service experience, iwth the ability to handle any customer complaints and deliver quality service.

You are organized and can communicate effectively

You are a self starter, with the ability to work independently or as a team.

 

MOS Codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591 relate well to this position.
