We are seeking a highly organized and polished Corporate Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is fully onsite in Newport Beach and is best suited for an experienced EA who excels in structured corporate settings and thrives on coordination, precision, and execution.
This is a corporate-facing role with a focus on business operations and executive support—not a personal assistant position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership meetings and cross-functional sessions
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making
Handle travel coordination (domestic and international) with accuracy and efficiency
Support internal communication flow, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
Partner with teams across the organization to coordinate timelines, logistics, and deliverables
Track action items and ensure timely execution across key initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and materials
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured, deadline-driven setting Professional communication style and strong interpersonal skillsExperience supporting multiple stakeholders or leadership teams is preferred Proficiency in standard business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.)
Work Style
Early hours aligned with executive schedule
Fully onsite in Newport Beach High-trust, high-autonomy environment with significant ownership
