HR Admin, Maryland

Pay rate: $22.00- $26.00/hr

Hours: 9:00am- 5:00pm

Location: Williamsport, MD

Duration: 3 months

Summary:

Partners with plant HR team and front line leaders in support of employees and the manufacturing operation.

This role will assist with HR functions, to include but not limited to, onboarding new hires, creating personnel files and data entry, documentation for all employees, supporting a safe work environment, assisting with job bid management, HR probationary review programs, administrative tasks that will include presenting material to new hires, etc.

This role will compile and use key metrics, continuous improvement tools and employee feedback, to support HR and Operations in the development of employee engagement activities that meet site operation goals.

Will act as a point of contact for employees as related to inquires or needs and must follow up on any actions required.

This position must protect the interest of employees and the company in accordance with company policies, governmental laws and regulation.

Flexible schedule to work later shift at least once a month..

Qualifications:

Must be able to work with Operations Team and independently.

Human Resources or administrative background a Must.

PC Skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

High. School Diploma (part of background) / Preferred Bachelor

Preferred HR advancement/certification

Preferred manufacturing environment experience.

Solid organizational skills a must.
