Position Summary

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing Creative Team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our digital experiences, ensuring that our design system not only stays consistent but also evolves as our products and brand grow. You’ll collaborate daily with developers, the marketing team, and optimization teams to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of design and code—someone who understands not just how things should look, but how they work across platforms and devices. From landing pages and emails to microsites and interactive components, you’ll play a critical role in elevating LaserAway’s digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Own, maintain, and expand our design system, ensuring consistency across devices & platforms.
Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences with Figma
Partner with developers to bring designs to life with clean handoff and strong communication.
Collaborate with the marketing and optimization teams on creation, testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and documentation that guide implementation.
Stay current with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging trends & tools.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of UI/UX or product design experience (agency)
A portfolio showcasing design systems, web/app interfaces, and prototypes.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including components, variants, workflows, etc)
Proficiency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you thrive working cross-functionally.
A proactive mindset: you spot opportunities to improve systems and experiences.
