We are hiring full time Crew Team Members for our Muscle Beach and Lummus Park locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enthusiastically welcome guests to our nourishing food trailer & wish them well as they depart
Ability to answer all guest questions about our brand & our product
Communicate product changes or unavailable items to guests, offering alternatives when possible
Assist in receiving & restocking product upon arrival, including inspecting for quality & expiration dates
Comply with local sanitation laws & practices; take pride in how food is handled, produced, & stored
Take orders from guests, accurately ringing in & charging for all menu items
Set up, maintain, & break down workstations according to company & health department standards
Follow all recipes & procedures without any deviation, preparing all orders quickly & accurately
Own guest satisfaction, ensuring nobody leaves unhappy or unsatisfied
Handle customer complaints & feedback in a polite, professional manager
Reports for every shift on time & follows all scheduled breaks & out times, as business needs dictate
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50#
Must be able to read & speak fluent English
Must be able to perform all functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of The Big 8 Food Allergies; prevent cross contamination & ensure safety at every step
Knowledge of local health rules & regulations
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques & equipment operation
Customer service and/or food service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
