General Laborer Pay Rate:

7:30 AM– 4:00 PM Required:

Steel?toe safety boots Overview We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support day?to?day operations in a hands-on, physical role. This position works under direct supervision and assists with a wide range of manual labor tasks to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do

Lift, move, load, and unload materials Assist with digging, refilling holes, and basic site prep work Support mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep Operate equipment as assigned in a helper/assistant capacity Perform additional duties as needed to support the team What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required 0–4 years of previous labor, construction, or related experience Ability to work safely and follow instructions Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical tasks Steel?toe safety boots required Work Environment This role involves physical activity throughout the day, including lifting up to 30 lbs., exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, dirt, and other elements common to a manual labor setting.
