We’re Hiring a Full-Time Pool Service Technician Trinity Pool&Spa Care is looking for a reliable, detail‐oriented

Pool Service Technician

to join our team. This is a

full-time, year‐round field position

servicing residential and commercial pools across the Foothill corridor. We provide structured routes, steady work, and a professional environment where technicians can take pride in consistent, high‐quality service. If you enjoy working outdoors, managing your own route, and delivering excellent customer service, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities) Service and clean up to

40 pools per week

(Mon–Fri) Brush tile, walls, steps, and benches Skim debris and vacuum as needed Test, balance, and adjust water chemistry Empty skimmer and pump baskets Inspect equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, sweep systems) Perform

chlorine and chemical deliveries

during downtime Provide

route coverage

when other technicians call out sick Log all service details in the company’s mobile app Communicate professionally with customers Wear company‐provided uniforms to maintain a clean, professional appearance

What You Need to Succeed Reliable personal truck

capable of transporting equipment and chemicals Valid auto insurance Clean 5‐year driving record Ability to work independently and follow a structured route Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions Smartphone capable of running the work appHigh integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience (Not Required) Basic understanding of

pool chemistry

(chlorine, pH, alkalinity, conditioner, calcium) Familiarity with

residential and commercial pool equipment Ability to identify common issues (low flow, air leaks, clogged baskets, failing equipment) Experience maintaining clean, clear, and inviting pool water Strong time management across multi-stop daily routes
