The Administrative Assistant is the center of our communication hub. A project coordinator and master communicator, this person manages a variety of projects and tasks: Administrative support for leadership team handling calls and correspondence; meeting notes; assist with special projects; maintain files and records.Event planning run point on larger company events, like the family picnic or annual golf tournament, and manage food and logistics of smaller gatherings at our office. Insurance claims act as primary point of contact and ensure timely processing. Supply management includes office, kitchen, print materials, signs, etc.Reporting provide retail reports and analysis to support the leadership team. Manage corporate ticket programs. Other miscellaneous duties to support the team. Who You Are
You're friendly and outgoing, a real people person with a can-do attitude! You've been in an administrative support role for a minimum of 3 years and have a proven ability to work under limited supervision. You're someone who works efficiently, effectively, and pays attention to details. Your computer skills are top notch, especially MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), with an ability to easily master new programsYou keep all the balls in the air someone who can juggle tasks, prioritize many ongoing projects at one time, meet deadlines, and handle non-routine issues with ease. You're not afraid to try on new hats and take on a new challenge! It helps if you have a current Notary Public commission (position requires the ability to maintain active Notary Public status)Who We Are
